I am not sure exactly when I first noticed a difference after taking Life Shotz almost two years ago. Life Shotz gives a sneaky kind of energy that keeps working, not obvious like with the Yerba Mate. I used to take Yerba Mate for when I needed a boost and have barely taken any since drinking Life Shotz. I've been taking the Life Shotz for 20 weeks now. Every day! I started feeling results in about three days. But I have continued to feel results even as recently as a couple of weeks ago. See, we went to a college football game weekend with our son a couple of weekends ago. Sure, it sounds like no big deal. But last fall, I was in such poor health with zapped energy that I didn't want to travel, didn't want to do fun things. I didn't have the energy to live life, to participate in fun events with my family. And I didn't go to any college games with our son. Bummer. To do the things I did a couple of weeks ago sounds like simple things to other middle-agers. But for me, it was hurdling over milestones. I walked a huge college campus two days in a row. We hit the ground running that Friday morning and didn't stop until we got back home Sunday night. I didn't have to take naps in the car driving down or returning. I walked miles and miles with no leg cramps and pains. I had the energy to keep on going and stay up late with the college kids! I won't lie to you. I was ready to go to bed Sunday night! But it almost felt like a "normal" tired instead of a "just home from a trip" tired. If I have learned anything in the past 20 weeks, it's these two things. 1. I only had about five hours of sleep each night for the last couple nights because of a sick child and busy schedule. I normally sleep 7.5 to 8 hours a night. I have been taking Life Shotz religiously every day since I started on it, which I'm guessing was about 5 or 6 weeks ago. I hadn't noticed any dramatic results one way or the other until yesterday. My husband and I took a bus into downtown Minneapolis and back for a day-long seminar which began at 8am. With lots of walking to and from the bus, that itself was a push for me. It was also the first day since I started that I didn't take Life Shotz. By the time we got home at 6 last evening, I was wiped out. It hadn't dawned on me yet why. Before Life Shotz, I couldn’t take any vitamin supplements due to my ulcer problem. My stomach couldn’t digest the capsules, only liquid form.
